You’ll need to discuss with your healthcare provider to resolve a cancellation or a return. Your provider will instruct HFD to refund any payments you may have made. If you are having issues reaching the provider, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at HFD and we will also reach out to the provider on your behalf.

Many Buy Now, Pay Later lenders think of disputes as the retailers problem. When patients file disputes on the product/service provided by their doctor, HFD sides with the patient and facilitates repayment unless the provider is able to provide proof that the patient is not adhering to their dispute policy. We provide funding for occasional, unexpected expenses associated with healthcare, and do not upsell patients on products or services.
