HFD helps you pay for your healthcare costs over time while getting the service you need today. We work with your healthcare provider to set up easy, secure installment agreements. We service these agreements so your healthcare provider can focus on care.
Please call your healthcare provider to discuss any refunds or adjustments to your plan. Your provider will instruct HFD to refund any payments you may have made. If you are having issues reaching the provider, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at HFD and we will also reach out to the provider on your behalf.

Please call your provider first to resolve any concerns with the care or product. Your provider will let HFD know if your financial agreement needs to be updated or cancelled. There could be fees associated with your agreement. Fees vary by provider, state, and agreement type. Fees are described in your Retail Installment Agreement. Some examples of fees that could be charged are late fees, non sufficient funds (NSF), or credit card processing fees. Your agreement with HFD allows us to debit recurring payments until your procedure cost with appropriate interest is paid off in full. If for any reason you miss one of the recurring payments, we may recoup that payment the following month, so you may see multiple charges as we get you current with your agreement.
Many BNPL lenders think of disputes as the retailer’s problem. When patients file disputes on the product/service provided by their doctor, HFD sides with the patient and facilitates repayment unless the provider is able to provide proof that the patient is not adhering to their dispute policy. We provide funding for occasional, unexpected expenses associated with healthcare, and do not upsell patients on products or services.
